Service-On-Demand
As a
Hi-Tech client, you will discover the true definition of
service-on-demand. When your communication with the
outside world is disrupted your company suffers, as do your
clients. At Hi-Tech, we understand the importance of your
communications needs and we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, to take care of any problems or concerns you may have
with your system. Our normal service call response times
are as follows: (1) 24 hours for a routine service call;
(2) four hours for an emergency call; and (3) two hours for
clients covered under our warranty and maintenance contracts.
Warranty/Maintenance Agreement
All new
equipment is covered by a full one-year parts and labor
warranty. After the first year, clients are offered a
reasonable maintenance contract that will help protect your
investment. If you're satisfied with your current system,
but are interested in an extended warranty, Hi-Tech can provide a
professional analysis of your system and can usually offer a
reasonably-priced maintenance contract to cover it. The
benefits of a maintenance contract are many.
